PHILIP HIBBS |
| Mr Hibbs principal areas of
expertise include the evaluation and control of the hazards associated
with asbestos, hazardous materials, chemicals and dusts and indoor
air quality. He has also developed and conducted occupational health
& safety reviews and environmental assessments for a wide variety
of workplaces and industries. He has been involved in the construction
and asbestos abatement industries in the capacity of occupational
hygienist surveying buildings, conducting risk assessments and coordinating
abatement and management programmes since the early 1980's and has
extensive experience in the identification and management of hazardous
materials. |

BRIAN EVA |
| Mr Eva is a leading
Occupational Hygiene consultant of 15 years experience and has conducted
Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Audits for a
variety of processes and manufacturing industries throughout Australia
and South East Asia. His consulting assignments have included chemical
hazard investigations, hazardous material surveys and risk assessments,
radio-frequency radiation assessments, development of specialist
training programmes and specialist OHS auditing. Mr Eva is an accredited
Environmental Auditor (Industrial Facilities), under the Victorian
EPA Act. |

CLETE ELMS |
| Mr Elms has experience
in conducting ambient air quality surveys, stationary source emission
monitoring, dispersion modelling, odour monitoring, water sampling,
trade waste monitoring, environmental noise monitoring and the assessment
of indoor air quality. Mr Elms has conducted a wide range of environmental
monitoring projects for Western Mining Corporation, Bonlac Foods,
Tenix Defence Systems, Adelaide Brighton Cement and BHP Steels.
He is competent and experienced in all relevant sampling methodologies
such as USEPA, VicEPA, ISO, BS, AS. |
